Open Question: Where to learn Chinese in UK，Australia or Seoul ?

My sister would like to learn Chinese ,but she couldn't come to China. Are there any good Mandarin school in London,UK，Australia or Seoul ?? Learn Mandarin Chinese is an hard thing for her to learn by herself. I am worry about that if she could learn Chinese easily and better. I hope there is a good Mandarin School suit to her. She's 18 years old and will go to study in university . She love Chinese very well and would like to learn Mandarin Chinese .
