Open Question: Which months would be the best to go to Seoul?

Im going to Seoul, South Korea this year but I can't decide when. I'll be staying for two weeks. Spring is out of the list for sure, I wont have enough money by then. I'm on Christmas break in December from Dec. 24th to January 2nd but I'm willing to take off a week before the break, like December 17th. Thanksgiving break is Nov 22nd and 23rd.
